    Eligibility: Nestlé Essentia Nation Rewards THE PLAYERS Championship Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to registered Essentia Nation Rewards Program members who have an active account or who join as a new member (“Program”) who reside in the 50 United States and District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE) (“Entrant”). Nestlé USA, Inc, Brandmovers Inc., and their affiliated companies, representatives, agents or employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win. Released Parties are responsible for, and shall be indemnified by, the prize winner against any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

    Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM EST on January 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on February 4, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

    How to Enter: You must be a registered member of the Essentia Nation Rewards loyalty program. Entrants who are not yet members may register for free by visiting www.essentianationrewards.com/register and completing the registration form. To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Program website at essentianationrewards.com (“Website”) and log into your account. Once there, redeem 50 points per one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. All Website entries must be submitted no later than 11:59:59 PM EST on February 4, 2026, or will be forfeited.

    ● Register to become an Essentia Nation Rewards member (“Registration Entry”): One (1) entry will be awarded upon registration for Essentia Nation Rewards (if not already a member) during the Sweepstakes Period. To register, visit www.essentianationrewards.com/register and follow the steps to become a loyalty member. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes once you have verified your email via the email confirmation that’s sent to the email address provided at registration. Limit one (1) “Registration Entry” entry during the Sweepstakes period. Not valid for current members.

    ● FREE NO PURCHASE METHOD OF ENTRY: To receive an Entry without making a purchase or redeeming points, Entrants can hand print their complete name, address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card/paper and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to: Essentia Nation Rewards THE PLAYERS Championship Experience Sweepstakes, c/o Brandmovers, Inc., PO Box 1807, Clayton, GA 30525, to be postmarked by February 4, 2026, and received by February 11, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Limit five (5) entries per Entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, interrupted or other technical issues in connection with submitting an entry, for entries that are not received by the entry deadline, or for lost, late, stolen, misdirected or illegible mail-in entries. All Entrants must have a valid Program account to be eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. In case of dispute as to identity of an Entrant who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered Program account owner, and/or if the Grand Prize is won by such Entrant, it will be awarded to that Program account holder.

    ● Random Drawing/Winner Selection: Administrator will conduct a random drawing on or about February 12, 2026, to select one (1) Grand Prize winner, from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries that are received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Administrator or Sponsor on or about the business day following the random drawing, by email or telephone. The potential winner must respond to the winner notification within 48 hours of sending or will forfeit their right to the prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, unanswered, uncheck, misdirected, or technical glitches associated with the winner notification or verification process. Upon successful winner notification and verification, Grand Prize winner will then be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) and a W9 tax form to Sponsor or Administrator within 7 days of receipt of such Releases or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Guest will be required to sign a Publicity and Liability Release prior to and as a condition of being the official guest within 7 days of receipt of such Release or will forfeit their right to travel with the Grand Prize Winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Sponsor will provide the Grand Prize Winner with an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of the Grand Prize, or such other governmental tax forms that may be necessary, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

    ● PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”). One (1) Grand Prize – A trip for winner and one (1) guest to THE PLAYERS Championship tournament at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with travel occurring from March 13, 2026, to March 16, 2026. The trip includes: roundtrip coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and their guest from major airport (as approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Jacksonville, FL departing on March 13, 2026 and returning on March 16, 2026; three (3) nights Sponsor-specified hotel stay at a hotel near TPC Sawgrass (one standard room/double occupancy); two (2) Stadium tickets to THE PLAYERS Championship for March 14, 2026 and March 15, 2026; one (1) parking pass for TPC Sawgrass for THE PLAYERS Championship on March 14, 2026 and March 15, 2026; and $500.00 check for incidentals. ARV: up to $4,000.00. Please note: In the event Jake Knapp fails to make the top 65 by March 13, 2026, Grand Prize winner will not see Knapp compete.

    Winner and guest must depart on March 13, 2026, and return on March 16, 2026 Any additional costs or expenses incurred for travel outside of these specified dates, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, ground transportation, or meals, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Failure to travel on the specified dates or comply with all travel instructions may result in forfeiture of the prize in its entirety, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right to modify travel arrangements if necessary and to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any deviation from the specified dates materially affects prize fulfillment. If Grand Prize winner resides within 300 miles of Jacksonville, FL, winner will receive ground transportation (specifics to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) in lieu of airfare and any difference between the actual retail value and the retail value stated in these rules will not be awarded. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, luggage fees, ground transportation, car rental charges, gratuities and incidental hotel and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the Grand Prize. Major credit card is required upon hotel check-in. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of THE PLAYERS Championship, and in such instance, Grand Prize winner will not receive the tickets as part of the Grand Prize and no refunds or alternate prize will be provided. Tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on or accompanying the tickets. Grand Prize winner and their guest must abide by all venue restrictions, requirements and policies. Grand Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash by the Grand Prize winner or their guest. Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole option for any reason. Guest must be at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 if a resident of AL or NE), unless the Grand Prize winner is the parent/legal guardian of any guest under the age of majority. Guest will be required to sign a Publicity and Liability Release prior to and as a condition of being the official guest. Winner and their guest must travel on the same itinerary, and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Travel arrangements are subject to availability; Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates for any travel. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Tickets cannot be sold or traded on auction websites, are not transferable and at no time may be purchased, sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged for the value except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, or similar items once they are in Grand Prize winner’s possession or in the possession of their guest. Some restrictions may apply. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservations to another date will be permitted after the reservations have been made, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and guest must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid real I.D. or passport) prior to departure. It is the responsibility of Grand Prize winner and their guest to arrive at the airport in time for each flight of the applicable trip. All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize is the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner.

    Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties, Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass, LLC d/b/a TPC Sawgrass, PGA TOUR Enterprises, LLC and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (“Released TOUR Parties”), from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of an entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties, Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass, LLC d/b/a TPC Sawgrass, and Released TOUR Parties, from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize.

    General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the Winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties as set forth above, including Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass, LLC d/b/a TPC Sawgrass and Released TOUR Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by an Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prize at its sole discretion.  

    Privacy & Data Collection: Entrant information provided in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.nestleusa.com/privacy. If you are selected as the Grand Prize winner, your information will also be included in a publicly available winner’s list. By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Administrator has the right to contact the Entrant via the email account provided in connection with Entrant’s Program account to administer and/or fulfill this Sweepstakes.

    Disputes/Governing Law: Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the redemption of a prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Arlington County, VA under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Virginia state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Virginia law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Arlington County, VA including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Arlington County, VA. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arlington County, VA; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Virginia.

    Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, the Grand Prize winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use the Grand Prize winner’s name, hometown and state, photograph, voice, and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation.

    Sweepstakes Winner: For the Sweepstakes Winner’s name (available after February 14, 2026), send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winner’s List, Essentia Nation Rewards THE PLAYERS Championship Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Arlington, VA 22209. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.

      How does Esssentia Nation Rewards work? 

      You can earn Points by purchasing Essentia Qualified Products and completing other activities like challenges, surveys, and special promotions.

      How do I join Essentia Nation Rewards? 

      Register at essentianationrewards.com and you'll be a part of the Essentia Hydration Nation! Essentia Nation Rewards is a free program that rewards Essentia consumers who enjoy satisfying their thrist and meeting their hydration goals.

      What are the terms and conditions of Essentia Nation Rewards?

    Earning Points

      How do I start earning points? 

      The two ways to earn Points as an Essentia Nation Rewards member. One way is to purchase Essentia Qualified Products and upload your receipt within 30 days of purchase and specify purchased products via the dropdown. The second way is to stay actively engaged with the Rewards program; one example is completing your member profile. To see other opportunities to earn points, check out the Essentia Nation Rewards website.

      How are points calculated? 

      Every time you upload a receipt with a qualified Essentia purchase and choose the products purchased from the drop down menu you'll earn ten (10) points for every dollar spent on the qualified items on your receipt. Any points that you earn for completing activities with Essentia Nation Rewards are based on the number of points assigned to that specific activity. Note that some activities are worth more poinths than other acitvities. There is no limit on the maximum numbers of points you can earn.

      Can I earn points for convience store purchases?  

      During special promotions, you can earn points at select retailers and possibly additional points to use towards Rewards when purchasing Qualified Products and uploading a digital photo of your receipt. To upload, log into your Essentia Nation Rewards account, go to Upload Receipt, upload your photo and specify which Qualified Products you purchased via the dropdown. Please check special promotions rules for more information.

      Can I earn points for online purchases?  

      Of course! After making your qualified purchase, take a screenshot of your complete Order Summary (Note: This is a different page than the Order Confirmation page). Head to your Essentia Nation Rewards account and upload your screenshot and choose your Qualified Products from the dropdown.

      What is required for a successful receipt upload?  

      For a successful upload, please follow these important tips:

      - Make sure that your receipt includes ESSENTIA Qualified Products

      - Keep your receipt flat, straight, and in focus

      - Wrinkled, skewed, or crumpled receipts won't scan properly

      - Receipt should be an image file (.jpg, .png, etc.) and less than 5MB

      - Make sure all of the following items are visible: Retailer Name, Purchase Date (must be within 30 days of purchase), Product Name, Product Price

      What if my receipt is not accepted or I get an error?  

      Please refer to successful upload steps for help with troubleshooting. Once successfully uploaded, receipts may take up to 72 hours to process. If you still have issues, please reach out to essentianationrewards@brandmovers.com for assistance.

      Which Essentia products qualify for Essentia Nation Rewards points?  

      ESSENTIA HYDROBOOST, ESSENTIA IONIZED WATER

      Can I earn points from the purchase of Essentia Hydroboost products?  

      Yes, ESSENTIA HYDROBOOST products fall under Qualified Products eligible for Essentia Nation Rewards points.

      What is the receipt dropdown and how do I use it?  

      The receipt dropdown located within the Receipt Upload page allows you to choose which Qualified Products you purchased on your receipt. For instance, if you purchase any 2 flavors of Essentia Hydroboost and three ESSENTIA IONIZED WATER in 1L you are able to choose those drinks in the dropdown.

      Do my Essentia Nation Rewards points ever expire?  

      Essentia Nation Rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity or log in on the Essentia Nation Rewards account.

      Can I get points for purchases made before joining Essentia Nation Rewards?  

      Unfortunately no, we do not offer points for purchases made before joining Essentia Nation Rewards.

      Is there a limit to the number of points that can be earned in the Essentia Nation Rewards program? Turn on screen reader support  

      There is no limit on the number of points an Essentia Nation Rewards member can earn.

    Rewards

      How do I turn my points into a Reward?  

      Log into your Essentia Nation Reward account and head to the Rewards page. All of the currently available Rewards will be there for you to choose from. When you click on a Reward, it will take you a page with the item's details including the points value.

      After finding the right Reward for you and your points, add to cart via the "Add to Cart" button. After adding the Rewards you want, head to the Cart page. Confirm your shipping address and verify and confirm your Rewards.

      After completing your order, we'll send a confirmation email your way so you know your Reward is en route.

      How long will it take my reward to arrive?  

      Digital Rewards will be available within two business days, while physical Rewards are usually delivered within three to six weeks, once confirmed. If additional instructions are required, we will send a separate email to you.

      How many rewards can I redeem at once?  

      You can redeem as many Rewards as you have points for them. However, for some Rewards there are amount caps within a specific time period.

      Can I return or exchange a reward I redeemed?  

      We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please take care when selecting and redeeming Rewards.

      What happens to my points if the program ends?  

      While we regularly evaluate our programs and review consumer input to ensure the best possible experience for our members, we will give notice in advance for points redemption before the closure of the program.
